Cancellations & Modifications
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your time is reserved just for you, and late cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows (not being home at the scheduled time) will result in a 50% cancellation fee, payable before any future bookings can be made.

If you are feeling unwell, please notify us by phone or email and we will confirm your cancellation or reschedule request.​
Sickness Policy
Your health and safety are important to us.

If you are feeling unwell, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule your appointment.

If the therapist arrives and anyone in the home is noticeably unwell, the session will be canceled on arrival, and 50% of the appointment fee will apply.

Some of our therapists work with vulnerable populations or are immunocompromised, so your consideration is greatly appreciated.

If we are feeling unwell, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule your session.

Same-Day Bookings
Same-day appointments are rarely available, but if booked:

Payment is required in full at the time of booking via e-transfer.

No changes or refunds will be provided once the session is confirmed.
Lateness Policy
We understand that delays happen:

If you are late, your session time may be shortened accordingly, while the full session fee still applies.

If we are late, you will always receive your full treatment time.
Inclement Weather
If road conditions are unsafe for travel, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment to the next available date.
